I never received my pillow from this company. But in good faith they contacted me and asked if they could refund me or send me another pillow. I said I would like a pillow, so they did and still refunded the first order. Thank you for good customer service.
The rug's quality is better than I thought, arrived well packed. All the rugs are in really good condition, love it more when seen in person. Best online shopping experience: the product exceeded my expectation, great communication in customer service. Would come back for future rugs.

I love, love, love my new pillow. The colors blend perfectly with the other two pillow covers I bought through Rugtolia. I had been disappointed in the past when 2 other covers I chose not reflect the colors in the catalog. Rugtolia graciously refunded my money and paid for shipping to return the covers. Then, they went a step further and searched for pillows that had the red color I was looking for. They found them and I am very appreciative of their efforts.

I recently discovered Rugtolia and ordered a pillow cover. It was very difficult to choose because I liked so many. It arrived very quickly. The pillow cover was as beautiful in person as it looked online, is high quality, and was beautifully packaged.
