Rugtolia offers a FREE worldwide shipping policy for your all orders. Within 1-3 days after the order is received, the product is shipped. Your unique product is delivered to you free of charge by express air cargo service. We work with DHL, UPS and FEDEX depending on the deadlines.

Average delivery time for the USA and Europe is in the 3-5 business days range. Average delivery time for Australia, Japan and the rest of the world is 5-7 business days.

RETURNS

Generally, when you buy a handmade carpet and lay it on the floor to be used permanently, it will look better in real than the product images. This is consistent with our offline and online sales experience.

However, if for any reason you want to return the product, you can contact us at hello@rugtolia.com within 1 week after receiving the product.

You can return the products to our warehouse in the USA in their own packaging and undamaged.

We can refund the fee you paid to us only by deducting the return shipping fee. Also, if you want to buy another vintage or antique rug, we can provide you with a store credit.

Orders from countries other than the USA may be required to pay customs duty or VAT by the buyer. For orders from European countries, only VAT should be paid instead of customs duty. For orders placed outside of the USA, please contact us for information about customs or VAT payments.
