At Rugtolia, we offer FREE worldwide shipping for all orders. Your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days after it is placed. We partner with reliable express air cargo services like DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your unique rug arrives safely and quickly.
Delivery Times:
- USA & Europe: 4–5 business days.
- Australia, Japan & the Rest of the World: 5–7 business days.
- For customers in the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom, there is no customs duty.
- In Canada and the United Kingdom, you may only be required to pay VAT (Value Added Tax).
RETURNS
We believe that handmade rugs look even more beautiful in your space than they do in photos, based on our extensive sales experience.
However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Please contact us at hello@rugtolia.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- The rug must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged condition.
Return Process:
- Products can be returned to our warehouse in the USA.
- Refunds will be processed by deducting the return shipping fee.
- Alternatively, if you’d like to select a different vintage or antique rug, we can offer you store credit.
