Details

A vintage Balkan kilim featuring three rose-filled diamond medallions framed by olive, brown, and terracotta zigzags. Its individual pattern and balanced border make it a distinctive focal point for a living room, bedroom, or reading corner. Pair it with wood furniture and understated textiles for a layered interior.

Handwoven in a flatweave construction, this vintage Balkan piece is approximately 50-60 years old and has a cotton warp. Its woven structure gives the geometric and decorative details a clear, textile-like definition. The rug shown in the photographs is the exact one-of-a-kind piece available, with only one in stock.
